We collect only what we need to deliver dental care and operate the practice: your name, contact details, medical and dental history, insurance information, and visit notes. Through our website, we may also collect basic analytics (page views, device type) to improve the experience.

Your information is used to schedule and provide care, communicate with you about appointments, process insurance and billing, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection law.
How we protect it
All health records are stored on encrypted, GDPR-compliant systems hosted within the EU. Access is limited to clinical and administrative team members who need it to do their work. We never sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
Third parties
We work with vetted partners for practice management software, payment processing, and insurance claims. Each partner is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and matching privacy standards under GDPR.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request a copy of your records, ask for corrections, restrict processing, or have your data deleted (where legally permitted) at any time by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).
