1. Appointments & Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit so we can complete any new-patient paperwork without rushing you. Returning patients can come right on time — we'll be ready.
2. Cancellations
We hold time aside for you, so we ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee, which we waive in cases of illness or emergency.
3. Children
Children are welcome at every appointment. A parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of any visit involving a patient under 16.
4. Health & Safety
If you're feeling unwell — fever, persistent cough, or recent infection — please reschedule. We'll find a new time without any cancellation fee.
5. Quiet Studio
To help everyone relax, we keep the waiting area phone-free and speak softly in treatment areas. Headphones are available at reception if you'd like music or a podcast.
6. Payment & Insurance
We provide a written estimate before any treatment begins. Co-pays and patient portions are due on the day of service. We're in-network with most major Massachusetts insurance plans.
7. Respect
We treat every patient and team member with kindness. We ask the same in return. Disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the practice.
